These terms govern your use of solvieracarepathways.com and every order placed through it. The website and the store are operated by Simply Creative Store LLC, a limited liability company registered at 919 Tiny Town Rd Ste B #2018, Clarksville, TN 37042(“we”, “us”, “Solviera Care Pathways”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not place an order.

Orders are packed and shipped from, and returns are received at, our fulfillment center at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630. 2. Eligibility

Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products, and what they are not

We sell dietary supplements and cosmetic beauty tools. Neither kind is a medical device, neither is a test of any kind, and neither is sold as a remedy.

Product descriptions, ingredient panels and measurements are given in good faith and as accurately as we can state them. The jade set is cut from natural stone, so colour and veining vary between pieces; that variation is a property of the material and is not a defect.

4. Prices

Every price on this site is the price you pay. There are no membership fees, no handling fees, and no charges added after checkout. All prices are in United States dollars. The complete price list below is generated from the same catalogue that prices your cart and your checkout, so the two cannot disagree. Prices may change in future, but the price shown at the moment you place an order is the price that applies to that order.

5. Payment and billing

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. All orders are straight, one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-enrollment, auto-ship, trials, or recurring billing of any kind.

Charges will appear on your card statement as SOLVIERA CAREPATH. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please call us on 866-892-8002 before contacting your bank. We can almost always identify the order faster than a dispute process can.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we dispatch the goods. If a product is unavailable, or if we identify an error in the price or description, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

6. Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for weight or destination. We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States and we do not ship to freight forwarders. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy page.

7. Refunds and returns

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date your order is received. All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630. 8. Your information

Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. We collect only what we need to take an order, deliver it, and answer you afterwards. How that works is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Marketing messages

We send marketing email or text messages only to people who have asked for them on the Subscribe page. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase, both options there start switched off, and you can cancel either at any time by replying STOP to a text message or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

10. Acceptable use

You may use this site to browse and to buy. You may not attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at volume, resell its content, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material. We may decline service to anyone who does.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product suits you. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before taking a supplement, and before using a facial tool on skin that is broken, inflamed or irritated.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published on this page at the time you placed it, and the date above records when this text last changed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
