Vitamin C at 500 mg per capsule as calcium ascorbate rather than ascorbic acid. Buffering it is the point: plain ascorbic acid at this dose is what makes a vitamin C capsule uncomfortable on an empty stomach, and calcium ascorbate is close to pH neutral.

Zinc at 11 mg as zinc picolinate, a chelated form chosen for how readily it absorbs, plus 50 mg of rosehip extract which carries vitamin C of its own. Plant cellulose shell, so this is the second of the two vegetarian bottles. Rice flour carrier and nothing further.

One capsule, with or without food
The buffered form is gentle enough to take on an empty stomach. If zinc has unsettled you before, take it with a meal instead and the problem usually goes away.
Do not stack zinc unnecessarily
At 11 mg this capsule already covers a full day. Check any multivitamin you also take before adding it, because zinc is easy to double up on without noticing.
Keep it away from light
Vitamin C degrades on exposure to light and heat. The bottle is opaque for that reason. Keep it out of a sunny windowsill and close the cap.
