How to use the ritual

Capsules whenever you will remember
Two with a full glass of water, at any point in the day. Anchor it to something you already do rather than to the rest of this routine, which you will not always have time for.
Oil first for the tools
Cleanse, apply your usual facial oil or serum, and let it settle. Every stone in this box needs slip and none of them should touch dry skin.
Gua sha, then roller
Gua sha almost flat at fifteen degrees, anchored with the free hand, drawn away in one sweep. Then the roller upward and outward, three to five passes per area, small end under the eyes along the bone.
Cooling stones last
From the refrigerator, held flat against each closed eye for a minute. Refrigerator cold only. A frozen stone on eyelid skin is uncomfortable rather than effective.
Clean, dry, and put everything back
Soft damp cloth and an immediate dry for all three stones, never a soak, and the eye stones back in the tin in the fridge door so they are cold next time.
